Good capture of the sparks in this shot. I always like to see more of the faces if possible. If you had squatted down would you still have got the sparks but more of the face as you would have been looking up.

It is the bend of his body and the sparks flying that give an exciting emotion to this photograph. The gray head of hair jumps out at us and declares itself too loudly. I agree with Adam about the importance of including more face versus a head of graying hair. Had you just crouched down a bit lower you would have succeeded in capturing his face. Technically this image is spot on and I can almost touch him and feel the texture of his blue work clothes. Lovely.
