There is a feeling of contentment coming from your post. The client whose face is obstructed by all that hair does show a smile coming through, she is enjoying the moment. The stylist also is in quiet contemplation. The hot spot right behind the stylist can be brought down by going back to your RAW file and pulling down the highlight slider. The photograph is sharp and in good focus. The crop is well thought out, nice and tight showing the essence of the image. The technical elements need some post-processing, consider a dehaze slider or the tone curve tool. As the tonal ranges on this photograph are weak the image looks washed out, flat, and quite grainy as such the image does not look real, but perhaps that was what you were gunning for. Overall I like the closeness one feels when looking at your image for it almost whispers to us!

A lovely composition but the shot is very noisy. Were you shooting in manual - if so could you lower the ISO and change the shutter speed and or aperture to compensate.?
