Confusing a mountain lion with the shell game

This is the most adorable video I've seen all month. I certainly don't want to be that stuffed toy!

So I've been sincerely considering having one of these wild animals as pet. Of course one I'd train from birth. I never really considered a mountain lion until I saw this video. Does anyone know if they can survive in any climate?
