Croatia — a member of nato and the eu ranked as most corrupt country in eastern europe — vladimir putin’s russia at 2nd place

In some countries you get mass and violent demonstrations for $0.04 increase in a public service cost. In Croatia everybody sits in the coffee shops complaining how public money gets stolen :)
