7.57 AM-PM 😍

This short film has its origins in an experiment carried out on January 12, 2007 in the Washington subway by the Washington Post, which consisted in playing for an hour a famous violinist, Joshua BELL, on a Stradivarius of 1713. The travelers were generally indifferent. , only one person having recognized the artist and only a few rare people having briefly stopped to listen to him or to give him some pieces.

Filmed on May 25, 2009, "7.57 am-pm" features another RENOWNED violinist, RENAUD CAPUÇON, who performs on a platform of line 6 of the Paris metro "La Mélodie d'Orphée, by Christoph Willibald Gluck" on a Guarnerius from 1737 nicknamed " the Vicomte de Panette ”.
Travelers in a hurry do not realize that they are attending a performance of great musical quality, the performance of the same violinist two days later at the Champs-Élysées theater being SOLD OUT!!! 🙃
