This made me smile. The work is excellent and the story is great. ( อกโโฏอส อกโ)
Zizounai, I agree we need a definite set of rules for our photoshop contests so everyone knows what is allowed and what is not. I think those of us who were members in Pxleyes, take it for granted that the rules are still the same. People who were not members there obviously are unaware what those rules were.
I just wonder how the mouse got into the bottle in the first place since the cork is still in the bottle too. It's definitely a great mystery story. ;-)
The idea is good but you need to make sure you are using creative commons sources for your work, not copyrighted images. The green lantern cartoon is obviously someone elses work. It is safer to never use cartoons created by someone else. If you want a cartoon effect, create your own cartoon effect from creative commons sources.
This image tells a fun little story. You did a great job of it. The only thing that looks odd to me is the grass around the bottle because it is so much smaller than the grass the cat is leaning over. It looks to me like the bottle is in a hole in the ground so there should be dirt around the bottle, not more grass. However, in spite of that, I love the story.
The lamp made out of the bottle is a fantastic find. You did a great job of combining the source images to tell a story.
This is a fascinating wire sculpture. I have never seen anything like it before. Are the colours the result of coloured lights or are they coloured wires?
Thank you for explaining how you got the black background. It's a helpful tip for people who are new to photography. The flower is beautiful.
Looks like you had fun with that photo shoot. I really like the coloured lighting effects.
Staaan, your inspiration link to "this contest" does not go to pxleyes. It goes straight back to this page.
Thank you for the update to the profile pages. Its looking great. Will we eventually also get a portfolio page like we had at pxleyes?
Monthly seems to be working just fine.
Congratulations Vibeke. This was one of my favorites.
