Fun photo but looks to me you were looking for something to do,looks like lockdown is getting to you lol.
I like the antique feel to this[though not suggesting you are antique though] lol
Different perspective and b/w makes for something different
Yes slightly agree, but wanted his hands to look a bit grubby, hence b/w
These type of photos are difficult because the subject is emotive and if you try to focus or create a photo you could lose the moment,i think i would have set my shutterspeed before and took a shot then tryed for something different or angle after, but for us its easy to say that, i would also have given something for taking the photo, some people would walk by/ignore the person, thanks for sharing though,i sometimes think there but for the grace of god coud we be [not that i am religous though].
Another nice shot but think i would have preferred color in this one, still good though.
Gritty piece of work and so love this one, simple but effective,if i have one thought would be to crop of the car,but i still like this one.
thanks again for the comments/advice olga, strange how i did not even notice those feet.
thanks for the good comments/info olga yes he was and had made several carvings.
Your welcome, good to see other peoples point of view
Good profile of this woodturner and capturing his expression, although b/w might have been better[i think]
