There are just so many things wrong with this entry that I can't stop looking at it and it feels just so right! That is the "photographic ping" we are looking for....wrong, yet so right. I love the two men standing at the side giving strength to the shot and how that was juxtaposed against the smallness of the buildings in the distance. It makes "man" feel important in the photo, Had you cut them off at their knees it would have been another major faux pax because the rule says never to amputate at the joints, just in case you want to try another shot like this. The texture of the gray pavement is lovely to the eyes and then the smooth well positioned buildings in the distance soften the grittiness. The smallness of the people in the distance adds spice to the story, they add life! This is a great entry and a great learning lesson for me. Two thumbs up up !

As written in the instruction link "Don't just follow the rule of thirds. Look for interesting shapes in your compositions. Whether you are photographing a mountain at sunset or a child at dawn, a photo is made up of a series of shapes and lines. Arrange them to create something…symmetry, leading lines, triangles. Try balancing your composition, then try unbalancing it. This is what an experienced photographer means when they say work the shot."

Olga, please read the instructions! no premade filter: "Using tools that automate the process of cartoonifying are not allowed", but with some good tutorials everything can be done with Photoshop only.
