Oh totally. When the pandemic started I bought a printer to work from home. It did not come with a USB cord and did not support wireless. Same thing, I bought a product I could not use out of the box. I returned it and will never buy another Brother product.

This seems counter intuitive to good marketing. I mean a charge costs pennies compared to the phone. So what they are going to do is selling a product that cannot be used right out of the box. I get that most smart phones have wireless charging capability, but that requires a special pad. I think this will get a ton of backlash.
