Every application is a spyware if we really take about it. Google one of the largest entities is a spyware as well, why, it keeps a complete track of your activities even when you have features turned off.

Exactly, that is where privacy policy comes in to play a role. Every country has its own rules and regulations and all serving applications have to go by the laws. Just take a look at google being confronted in front of US legislators, it can't be for fun for sure.
