You did a good job of combining the sources but I think the birdhouse needs to be a bit darker and warmer looking to fit the tone of the scene a bit better. Currently the birdhouse has a cool look to it and the rest has a warmer appearance. The following tutorial is helpful for matching colors in a scene.

As you said, the source has no head and it was what i wanted ! I think i will have no problem to melt a face ;)
