Cramaillote is actually something unique. It doesn't taste like honey, it just looks a bit like it. There is not so much citrus in it when you look at the proportions. It is more bitter than sour, but the sugar compensates it... sweetly. It takes a long time to prepare: first a long walk in the sun to pick up all the flowers, and then plucking all their little petals, trying to keep only the yellow parts. An ideal occupation in times of lockdown 馃槉

What a strange creature! difficult to imagine its size, how big would a human be near it? Looks grumpy, if it is really large I'd not feel safe if I saw one. Do they live in Australia?
