Adorella commented on Love you doggo

This reminds me so much of my puppers and my insane cat! She (the cat) will pin down my dogs face to clean it hahaha! Plus, my dog is over 70 pounds so that is quite an accomplishment for a 10 pound cat!

Adorella commented on Smart windows can let visible light through while blocking out heat

Now this is a technology I can totally get behind! I absolutely LOVE having curtains open to let in the natural light, but when it is +35 C outside it makes your home feel like an oven if the sun is pouring in! Plus when it is -40 C in the winter opening the curtains lets out all the heat. If this can actually keep heat out in summer and let the heat through in the winter...where do I sign up!?

Adorella commented on Real Life Bubble Boy - Boy Who Was Quarantined for Life

Being forced to isolate and quarantine gives people the same feeling you get when your water in your home is shut off. You didn't need a drink before the water was off...yet now knowing it is off you are dying of thirst! Knowing you can't go out and about like usual makes us want to do it more. Heck, I work from home all the time, yet knowing I have to be here now due to this virus makes me feel like I am trapped. We all have a bit of defiance in us and don't like being told what to do, a common human trait, yet we will get through this and hopefully soon be back to normal :)

Adorella commented on Twitter bans tweets encouraging attacks on 5G stations

I just watched a documentary on the advancement of technology through the ages of man and it covered some very interesting topics regarding links between technology and illness. Every time there was a surge in technology, radar, cell phones, etc., there was an outbreak of some sort. Their theory is that our bodies are affected by energy and when more powerful energy is released, our bodies take time to adjust to the new energy which can cause sickness. I am in no way saying 5G caused this virus and neither were they, they were merely pointing out some interesting links between the two. Something to think about with your morning coffee :)

Adorella commented on Coronavirus dies fastest under light, warm and humid conditions: US government study

Trump questioning whether or not there could be possible safe ways to inject light or anti-bacterial agents is not a dumb question. The dumb would begin in people hearing his question and thinking he is promoting doing so. He is not a scientist nor a doctor, hence the reason he asked if something like this was even a possibility. A safe anti-bacterial agent or light-emitting agent is not out of the realm of possibility as everything was impossible before being invented.
I am sure someone will go drink some bleach and say "Well Trump says it is okay!" just to once again bash him and don't get me wrong Trump can be a total ass at times I am just tired of the media blaming every stupid thing people do on him. Like the person who decided to start drinking fish water...bet they eat Tide pods too.

Adorella commented on Pretty socks for this hedgehog ❤️

Okay, who did this, and why do I now need a hedgehog! Someone knit him some mittens and a warm hat to go with his teeny tiny socks!

Adorella commented on Forced inside, climate activists are making noise from their living rooms

It is sad that this young girl has been given incorrect information to tout around. Every few years there is some new climate emergency, we were all going to freeze to death, then we were all going to get radiation poisoning from holes in the ozone layer, then we were going to overheat and die in floods due to global warming, then the ozone layer magically fixed itself and is now trapping bad gasses inside so we are all going to die from that.

Scientists tell us our world was once tropical, went through an ice age, and is now warming back to its original state...seems warming is NORMAL! Do we have to protect our environment by reducing emissions...of course we do! Do we have to be on the edge of fear to do so...NO!

We live in a world controlled by fear with very little facts to back that fear. Just look at the media focused on every negative aspect of this virus...same concept...spread fear, control the sheep.

Adorella commented on Joys of bathing together

Okay, this one made me spit out my coffee!! This is exactly how every "romantic" bath ends up when you only own a regular-sized tub! Every couple will totally understand the hilarity with this video...and the "Ahhh my spine!" comment did me in! Damn faucets HAHAHA!!

Adorella commented on NHS coronavirus app: How does contact tracing work and when can you download it?

This type of software and tracking goes well above and beyond the government's authority over its citizens. This is a slippery slope to allow tracking and communication of your device with others' and privacy will go right out the window with features like this.
Too many programs and apps already track WAY too much of our personal information, often without our knowledge, so I cannot see society willingly signing up to be tracked throughout their daily lives. Creepy comes to mind.
I would definitely not be a willing participant to constant tracking...even if I am only going out for groceries...the government does not need to know that.

Adorella commented on Help! Some strange creature is stealing my food!

Oh my goodness! Look at that FACE! He is begging his owners to help get this "alien" creature out of his bowl! Someone please go and help that poor kitty rescue his kibble because from the look on his face he, like all cats, thinks if his bowl is half empty he will waste away to nothing and starve!

Adorella commented on Antibody Tests for the Coronavirus May Not Change Everything

In this time of COVID-19 insanity, we need hope. Hope for a brighter tomorrow, hope to once again hold our distant loved ones, to visit our aging parents, and to live the social lives we once lived. Yet lately, it seems every glimmer of hope is dashed away by some scientists, politicians, or the media. Can we not have one shred of hopeful good news to help society get through this extremely stressful time?
Hopefully, society will start to require more facts and truth in reporting, instead of scare tactics and hope dashing that cause us all to live in constant fear of the unknown.
