You know I have to say that with the complete black background your rose looks really good it could have been brightened in a software program a bit, but, nice lighting however you pulled that off (how did you pull that off?) Nice shot
I tried this once with a pack of paper matches and lit the whole thing on fire accidentally and missed the shot for fear of setting my desk on fire my office stunk. This one turned out nicely completely relying on the light from the match fire for the shot......

Looks like something out of the series Downton Abbey. I like the two tone wood and recent restoration with contrast of the brickwork's beside it. Should have framed it with equal amounts of brickwork on either side, but, that's just me. Nice shot
