Hi.. yes I know how to scale an image (however its old skool and that's the point of street fighter ) it's a joke.. there are no rules to image pixels being blurry the idea is they are moving fast.. maybe it would have been better to blur the ryu and Ken hair to match the quality 🤔 thanks for the info.. I will keep that in mind for the next entry 👍
