Children's imagination and interpretation of reality can be hilarious and inspirational. We can't always understand their thinking process, but their drawings often show that their little brains don't have it all figured out yet!
Examples are The Monster Engine project By Dave Devries and the works of Tom Curtis, who turns his children's drawings into hilarious art!
In this contest, we are going to do just that: take a child's drawing and transform it into its digital equivalent! Make sure to pass over all inaccuracies from the drawing! In your entry, you must include the original drawing and your version of it.
Ideally, you use a picture from someone you know, but if you don't have immediate access to any, here are some examples to work with:
- Alien sacrifice
- Farting ducks
- Dolphinarium
- F words
- Mommy likes to party
- When I grow up
- Dad loves drinking
- Demon went home
Thank you Zizounai for suggesting this contest ❤️!
Good luck!
PS: It's very important to vote on every entry, the more votes we get, the more accurate the rankings will be. Also, when you see something on someone's entry that can be improved, let them know. That way, we can learn new skills from each other!
PS 2: Ideas for future contests can be submitted here. The best ideas will be picked and turned into a contest. Make sure to clearly define the rules and objectives of the contest.
