The bottom line here is...testing should be made available to EVERYONE who steps outside their doors. That way, the asymptomatic people who test positive should practice social distancing AND wear masks/gloves until this is all over.

Hmm, asymptomatic citizens. Good news is low deaths might be recorded, however, they could unknowingly get the vulnerable infected easily.
