The circus is not what it used to be anymore. Back in the days, a few decades ago even, going to the circus was a great deal of fun and entertainment. Acrobats, tamed wild beasts and funny clowns. They were all a source of celebration when the circus came to town.
Then technology created new sources of fun for people and circuses became more and more rare. Clowns turned into evil creatures that a lot of people now hate and associate with the dark side of humanity. The famous "It" film had a great impact on this. Like any other change, this one was also adopted in art, the modern digital art.
This showcase is a collection of many such evil clowns, that appear to be coming straight out of a nightmare! And not from a circus that sends home cheerful and amused people.
